WHY THIS EXISTS
I ran one of the first lash salons in Toronto for nearly 18 years.
Winks Eyelash Boutique opened on the Danforth in 2008–2009. We sourced directly from Korean suppliers, tested products through thousands of real appointments, and never put our own branding on products sold to other techs.
When Winks closed, I picked up remaining inventory from a long-time mentor’s supplier network. The Lash Dept is the overflow of that work: real relationships, proven products and fair pricing.

Why is the Premier Lash inventory priced this way?+
Premier Lash is a professional lash brand that CBON has decided to discontinue. Because of Urla's long-standing relationship with CBON, The Lash Dept was offered the opportunity to help them move the remaining inventory.
A few things worth knowing:
- The inventory is real Premier Lash product — same factory and same international supplier relationships Urla has been working with for nearly two decades through Winks Eyelash Boutique. The adhesives and many of the premium products we stock come from top international manufacturers (predominantly Korea).
- The branding you see on the trays is Premier Lash's, not The Lash Dept's. This is existing CBON inventory. Future direct orders from our supplier network will arrive unbranded so your own brand stays the hero of your studio.
- Once this inventory is gone, it's gone. We're not restocking Premier Lash. The Lash Dept is transitioning to direct supplier sourcing for the long-term business, and those orders will be unbranded by default.
- The pricing reflects a distribution partnership, not a closeout discount. CBON extended the opportunity because of an existing relationship built over nearly two decades, and The Lash Dept passes the margin advantage on to working techs.
